I. Introduction:
The electric three-piece ball valve is a type of valve where the sphere rotates 90 degrees around an axis perpendicular to the flow path. It consists of a rotary electric actuator and an O-type valve. The electric three-piece ball valve is a high-performance rotary control or on-off valve, which receives input and output of current or voltage signals from industrial automation control (DCS, PLC system) instruments, enabling proportional regulation or two-position on-off control of fluid media in process pipelines, thereby achieving automated control of parameters such as flow rate, pressure, temperature, and liquid level of the fluid medium. Electric three-piece ball valves (internal threaded ball valves) and butt-welded ball valves are suitable for various pipelines with PN1.0～4.0MPa, operating temperature of -29～180℃ (with reinforced PTFE seals) or -29～300℃ (with polyphenylene oxide seals), used to cut off or connect the medium in the pipeline. By selecting different materials, they can be applied to various media such as water, steam, oil products, nitric acid, and acetic acid.
II. Product Features:
1. The three-piece electric ball valve has extremely low fluid resistance, being one of the valve types with the smallest fluid resistance. Powered by AC220V, AC380V, or DC24V power supply, it receives current signals (4-20mA, 0-10mA, or 1-5VDC) or voltage signals to control its operation. By rotating the sphere 0~90° with the torque output from the rotary motion, it can complete opening/closing or regulating actions.
2. The fully electronic electric actuator adopts an electromechanical integration structure, with functions including on-board servo operation, position feedback of opening degree signals, position indication, manual operation, etc. It has strong functions, reliable performance, and simple wiring. By inputting current or voltage signals, the rotation angle of the core (any angle between 0-90°) can be adjusted to achieve proportional regulation.
3. The core channel is smooth and flat, making it less prone to medium deposition and allowing pipeline-type ball passage. It features a simple structure, light weight, and good sealing performance, making it especially suitable for applications requiring zero leakage rate.
